Who is our data management policy for?

This policy is addressed to all our customers and suppliers, former customers and suppliers, and the individuals and companies with an interest in our activities.

What data categories do we process?

Natural persons:

Name, first name, language, telephone number (landline and mobile), address.

Companies

Company name, address, VAT number, banking details, contact person: name, first name, sex, language, address, telephone number (landline and mobile), email address.

When do we use your personal information and what is the legal basis of processing?

Following a request from a customer or prospect, or a job application (legal basis: article 6a of the privacy regulation):

  • When you ask us questions via our web site, by letter or by telephone or by any other means.

In the course of performing a contract or the award of an order (legal basis: article 6b of the privacy regulation):

  • For follow-up and processing of orders;
  • For follow-up and processing of claims or returns;
  • For the general management of the relationship with our customers and suppliers

Where we have a legitimate interest as part of our marketing activities (legal basis : article 6f of the privacy regulation):

  • In order to inform you of our campaigns to launch new products
  • In order to inform you of our attendance at professional events such as trade fairs

Your personal information is retained, depending on the category (customers and suppliers, staff and applicants) for a period falling within the limits authorised by the GDRP.
